Handmade Arcade = Fantastic
I had such an amazing time at Handmade Arcade for the Holidays. This is the only picture we took!
I wanted to take more, but it was insanely busy the whole time.
Sadly, I didn't really have time to shop at all.
Hubbie did pick up a print for me from the fantastic Kathleen Lolley!
I love this print so much...I can't wait to frame it!

Lomo Saturday: My first redscale negative roll!
This is my first attempt with Lomography's Redscale Negative film. I used my Holga 120N with the 35mm adaptor. When I first picked up the pictures, I was a little upset. They only developed about four of the pictures. I don't know if they thought they were bad or what? Anyway...I went home and scanned in my negatives. So dreamy! I'm going to try one of these rolls with my 35mm Canon Rebel. I bed the pictures will look amazing.
Because the camera is SO "manual" I frequently screw up the winding of the film, and something like this happens. Sometimes I like it...sometimes I wish I would of just payed a little more for the better Holga. Whatevs! It's fun either way.

Thrifty Thursday: My Mantle
I have definitely posted pictures of my mantle before, but it was time for an update! I recently rearranged some things. I have a bunch of new thrifty finds included of course! I love my mantle. It's what is directly in front of me when I'm sewing, or doing other crafty fun. I like to keep it bright, colorful and inspiring!
These two guys (along with the next colorful owl) were thrifted by my Brother and/or his girlfriend Heidi! They know what I like! 
I got this cute little birdie scene at the Sal-vo on a trip to Erie, PA. LOVE that thrift store!
This amazing owl needle point was given to me by Dustin's girlfriend Holly!
She thrifted it in Grove City, PA. For further fun.... Holly is also the sister of Heidi.
(yea...if Brian and Heidi get married, and then Dustin and Holly...Heidi will turn into Holly's aunt! LOL!!!!)
First in this picture, is my very first painting. Well, my first painting on canvas.
I think I was 7 years old. On the right, Mario & Link made from Lego's! Dustin made that!

Handmade Arcade is this Saturday!
I'm so excited that I'll be a part of Handmade Arcade for the Holidays this year!
It will be held this Saturday November 12th at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh.
There are going to be so many amazing artists and handmade goods. I really would love to actually go shopping...but I'll be lucky if I get out of my booth at all. ^_^
I've been sort of quiet here on the blog, simply because I've been so busy getting ready for these shows. Hoping to get back with it soon. My life has been pouches. Pouches, pouches, pouches. I finally finished them all up last night! Don't they look cute stacked so neatly?
