It's Christmas Adam!

A few years ago one of our friends named the eve of Christmas Eve...Christmas Adam. Get it? Oh man. Anyway, it's just one of those weird things that someone says and it sticks for years.

I've been a bad blogging friend lately. You know how it is around Christmas time! I haven't been doing much art, just getting ready for the holidays. I've been busy with Neko who is learning the rules of the house much slower than I would of liked. He's a bundle of cuteness regardless of how many times he forgets to tell me he needs to go outside.

I'm not really one who bakes at Christmas. Usually I cook & bake only because I have to. I make dinner for my family and make random dishes for social gatherings out of necessity. Surprisingly I decided to try and make homemade marshmallows and succeeded!! I originally saw the Martha Steward recipe on The Black Apple blog. It's really easy and fun! If I concered the homemade marshmallow then anyone can!

So anyway, I just wanted to stop in and say Hi and wish you all a blessed Christmas!!

  1. you are so lovely! haha. the marshmallows look great. i'm so glad they turned out well! merry christmas adam! haha. i love it.

  2. Wow. I love your pink tree. I was just looking at a pink tree the other day and thinking that if I had room for another tree I would get it. Or maybe your tree is a white tree with red lights?? Either way, I love it.

I'm not big on cooking either. I get tried of trying to please everyone and figure out what to make. If someone would just buy all the ingredients and hand them to me and tell me what to make, I wouldn't mind so much.

    Have a wonderful Christmas!

  3. Love the tree! Yes, my husband has made these Marshmallows before. They are soooo good and very pretty.

Hope you had a wonderful Holiday!

  4. i love your pink tree! how fab is that! :) you and your friends are so unique--making your own marshmallows and calling Christmas Adam. That is so fun! :) love it! the best to you and yours!!! :)
