This is simply a painting from a picture I took while in Belize. I've been to Belize twice, once in 2001 and and then again in 2004. These were both mission trips through my church where we helped with a medical clinic, built and maintained schools, and ran vacation bible school. This painting was a birthday present to my sister-in-law who also went on the 2004 trip. Below is the original picture.
Oh! And I had a request to see the actual Dr. Martins depicted in my Self Portrait! Here they are! :D
