Earl...and friend?

Earl the Squirrel...Shenanigans!

I see Earl almost every day now! I'll be sad when the leaves come out and he'll be hidden.

Ok...so I was in the kitchen the other day and saw TWO squirrels running up and down the tree chasing each other. I thought, oh that would be cute to get a picture of. So I grabbed my camera, ran to the window and saw this: NSFW Squirrel Photo! LOLOLOL!

I laughed out loud for quite some time after.
. . . and of course had to share with Dustin.

Happy Friday!!!

Hello.

O hai!

I'm making another rag rug. This one is for the front door...dirty shoes and such. I really like the colors!

In other news... SQUIRREL!

Earl the Squirrel!

I'm sorry for so many squirrel posts, but I feel like this guy is my actual pet! I've decided to name him Earl the Squirrel (thanks Tara!).

"You can't see me now!!"

Mr. Squirrel is back!

Only this time... sleeping on his head!
What a silly squirrel. I want to name him! But what?

Hello little sleepy squirrel.

I always wondered what a squirrel looked like when it was resting. Did they sleep on the ground or in a tree? Do they roll up in a ball or borrow in a hole? There's a HUGE amount of squirrels around my apartment, so I was bound to see one napping eventually. This one was right outside my kitchen window in a giant oak tree!
Mr. Squirrel kept drifting off until I got close to the window...then he'd watch very closely.
I love how he used his tail as a blanket. So cute!
